Check-in from 15:00 and after.
Check-out until 11:00.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments, only on the balcony.
We love pets, but we do not accept pets on our apartments.
In order to be valid a booking the customer has to pay the full amount by credit card or Paypal as soon as he made the reservation.
Clients must communicate the approximate arrival time and provide us a valid telephone number and valid e-mail.
Clients need to respect the property, its furnishings, its equipment and the neighbors.
No additional persons to the total number stipulated in the reservation contract are allowed.
Reducing the number of nights will not affect the total price.
Reducing the number of people will not affect the total price.
Parties are not allowed.
If you do not follow the rules, we have the right to remove you from property and you will not get any refund.

If you cancel or do not show up you will lose all your money.
Still in case you need to cancel, contact us and depend from the period and the time before your arrival we may be able to refund at least some of your money or move keep that money for future reservation.
